Thank you for using BudgetEx ("the App" or "Application"), developed by RTB AppLab Technologies (operated by Tushar Sanjay Bokade) ("we", "us", or "our") as an ad-supported service. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built BudgetEx with a simple principle: your financial data belongs to you and stays on your device.
Summary: Your income, expense, and transaction records are stored locally on your phone. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we never sell your personal financial data. The App shows ads and uses analytics and crash-reporting services, which may collect limited device information as described below.

This data is not transmitted to us or to any third party unless you explicitly enable a backup or sync feature (if and when such a feature is offered). The App works fully offline and does not require an account or sign-up.
Camera permission: The App may request access to your device camera so you can capture photos such as profile pictures or expense receipts. These images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared without your consent.
BudgetEx uses trusted third-party services from Google to show ads, understand app usage, and fix crashes. These services may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

You can opt out of personalized advertising, or reset or delete your Advertising ID, at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to these external services to help us improve the App. We do not sell your information.

We do not retain any of your user-entered data on servers, because it is never transmitted to us. Once deleted from your device, it cannot be recovered by us.
BudgetEx offers optional premium features through in-app purchases processed entirely by Google Play. All payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play; we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card details. Google's handling of payment information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, nor use the App to market to them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at support.budgetex@gmail.com so we can take the necessary actions.
We care about safeguarding your information. Your financial records remain on your device and are protected by your device's own security (screen lock, and encryption where enabled). Any data transmitted by our third-party service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
By using the App, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended by us.
